This is a major growth area with many developed countries experiencing shortages of skilled labour with unprecedented development taking place. Fabrication and Pre-assembled module (PAM) strategies can be used to overcome these issues and ensure that projects can deliver on time and on budget. Vietnam is very attractive in this regard as its labour costs are comparatively low whilst skilled labour is readily available and property supervised. VNPS also caters to the local domestic market.
